ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
ASPS 2024 (26th – 28th September 2024)
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are made based on first come first serve basis. The availability of the rooms in each hotel and each category (king or twin bed) is limited.
All prices quoted are nett rates with all current prevailing taxes included. All rates quoted are subject to 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST).
BOOKING GUIDELINES
Only guarantee reservation will be accepted. To guarantee your reservation, a deposit payment of one night is required upon booking and must be received one (1) week from the date of invoice. The balance payment must be received on/before 5th September 2024.
An additional invoice will be issued and sent to you in the event of additional room(s) is/are required. No booking will be confirmed until payment is received.
Hotel confirmation number(s) will be sent 2 weeks prior to check in date.

MALAYSIAN TOURISM TAX 2017 (TTx)
Effective from 1st September 2017, Tourism Tax of RM10.00 nett per room per night will be imposed on all foreign guests. Malaysian citizens and permanent residents are exempted from this tax.
ROOM BLOCK REDUCTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any modification or cancellation to your reservation must be notified and made in writing to Congress Secretariat via email at secretariat@asps2024.org
Cancellations before: -
- Before July 2, 2024 (90 days) prior event: 10% of the room block cancellation / reduction without penalty.
- Before/On August 2, 2024 (60 days) prior event: 20% of the room block cancellation / reduction without penalty.
- Before August 20, 2024 (30 days) prior event: 15% of the room block cancellation / reduction without penalty.
- On September 2, 2024: prior event: 5% of the room block cancellation / reduction without penalty.
- After September 2, 2024: cancellations are not allowed. Any amendments made will applied the entire period of stay will be charged accordingly.
