Terms & Conditions
- All registration fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for Malaysian delegates and US Dollar for International delegates.
- Registration fees are inclusive of 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST). Royal Malaysian Customs Department has announced and increased the rate of service tax effective from 1st March 2024.
- Levies or charges are subject to change in accordance with the Malaysian Government legislation.
- The exchange rate for USD to MYR is 4.8. (subject to prevailing rate of the day).
- Confirmation ID will be sent via email upon the receipt of FULL registration fees.
- MO Trainees are required to provide a letter from Head of Department to confirm attendee’s status upon registration.
- Pre-Registration Deadline is 16th September 2024
- Payment receipt and Registration Confirmation ID will be sent email upon the receipt of FULL registration fees.

- Payment by Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) can be made through the online registration.
- Payment by Telegraphic Online Fund transfer and Offline Fund transfer, please make sure and attach the proof of payment remittance advice for your registration process no later than 16th September 2024.
* Overseas Payments via Telegraphic Transfer - All related bank and finance charges (local & overseas) are to be borne by the sponsors/Senders and are NOT to be deducted from the fees payable to the congress. Local bank charge is USD 35.00.
After You Have Registered
- E-badge will be sent to your registered email for your name tag collection during the conference day.
- For any amendment, please contact the Congress Secretariat before 31st July 2024 in writing. For each amendment or modification requested on/after 1st August 2024, an administration fee of USD 50 equivalent to MYR 240.00 will be charged.
- For cancellations to your registration, refer to the Cancellation Policy indicated.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing/email to the Congress Secretariat.
- Cancellation received before 1st August 2024 will receive a full refund less USD 50 Equivalent to MYR 240.00 for administrative fee.
- No refund will be made for any cancellation received on/after 17th September 2024. You may however nominate another person or representative to substitute your registration at an administration fee of USD 50 equivalent to MYR 240.00.
- All applicable refunds will be made within two months after the Congress is held.
- The cancellation policy is non-negotiable.
